Mediation Rates for Debora Ann Diaz, Esquire, Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator.
- Minimum fees due for 1/2-day (3-hour) mediations are $600.00.
- The minimum fees due for full-day (6-hour) mediations are $1200.00.
- In the event, that the mediation exceeds the scheduled time a rate of $200.00/hour will be assessed to the minimums listed above and will be billed to the nearest half hour.
