Mediations
Where will the mediation occur? All mediations are conducted via Zoom video conferencing. How much time should I reserve? Mediations are either 1/2 a day (3 hours) or a full day (6 hours). Morning sessions begin at 9:30 AM and afternoon sessions begin at 1:30 PM. If you would like a slightly different time frame
please indicate your alternative requested times in the Additional Info/Notes section of the Mediation Scheduling Intake Form and we will try to accommodate the request.
We have a date! Check the online availability calendar using the Book Now/ Availability button at the top of the page to confirm availability. Once you have confirmed all parties are available, select your date and time using the Book Now/Availability button.
Your request will be reviewed within 24 hours. Your confirmation that it is scheduled will be your receipt of the Zoom meeting information which will be emailed to you.
My mediation is confirmed, what is next? Please email a copy of the Notice of Mediation Conference to deboradiazlaw@gmail.com. You will receive an Engagement Letter/Agreement to Mediate via email for the parties to sign and return prior to mediation.
